Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be issued for orders placed through Food 3D Labs.
Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel orders before the restaurant begins preparation.
- Orders cancelled after preparation may not be eligible for full refunds.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Restaurant unable to fulfill the order
- Incorrect or missing items
- Food quality issues
- Order cancelled before preparation
Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable at delivery location
- Order already prepared and dispatched
Refund Processing Time
- UPI / Wallet – 1 to 3 business days
- Debit/Credit card – 3 to 7 business days
